Heller Specialty Cakes evolved from a hobby after making my Son's 1st birthday cake in 1983. The next 18 years was spent decorating cakes for family and friends. After being asked repeatedly "Do you do this professionally?", I decided, "Why not?" and opened for business in 2001. Today Heller Specialty Cakes employ four and produces over 100 wedding cakes a year.
